WHEN WILL I GET IT? - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
On orders placed by 1pm we will endeavour to dispatch within 1-3 business days, when you will be emailed an order confirmation followed by shipping/tracking email. We dispatch Mon-Fri.
(excluding bank holidays). If we are unable to do this, we'll drop you a mail.
Our flat rate shipping service is 2 days from date of dispatch.

THINGS NOT COOL? - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you'll be happy with your purchase, but if not...
..and you would like to return or exchange any goods please let us know via email on contact@skylarkinglondon.com so that we can expect your package.
Skylarking have rigorous quality checks before goods are dispatched to avoid disappointment, and we urge you to check our SIZING GUIDE to help you buy the right size and avoid return fees, as this will be at your expense.
If you're not 100% satisfied, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs), for items which are returned within 14 days from the date of your order, and in an unused 'perfect sellable condition'. We can't accept them if:
* Tags have been removed
* They are marked or damaged in any way.
* They are scented with perfume, aftershave, deodorant or smoke.
* They've been washed.

EXCHANGE
We'll happily send you an EXCHANGE free of charge within 14 days, and if you let us know ahead of returning to us, we'll reserve what you want the item exchanged with so it doesn't go out of stock.
* Once exchanged goods cannot be returned for refund or exchanged again.

You are responsible for organising return shipment using your preferred courier/postal service and you must select a track and signed for service, emailing us the proof of postage. As Skylarking is not responsible for loss or damage in transit, we recommend you have insurance to the value of the goods.(Usually standard with tracked services, but good to check).
Refunds will be via your original payment method as soon as the goods are received by us, LESS the initial shipping costs.
